    Description

    Summary:
    Responsible for costing, inventory reporting, variance reporting, production recording and reporting, fixed assets. Driving improvements through analysis, highlighting areas for improvements in processes, systems, efficiencies and cost reductions.

    Involved in report development, report writing, business applications support and improvements in the ERP system, Salesforce, Ceridian payroll, workflow, Power BI and any other systems as and when they are introduced.

    XA ERP and AS400Ceridian payrollTime and attendanceSalesforceFactory and Production Data Collection and ControlsPower BI ReportingOthers as developedThe Plant Controller will also offer support in the following functions:Map business processes and changes to processes based on best practiceFormulate project plan and budget (in conjunction with CFO)Organize and co-ordinate workload and meetings between external partner and internal resourceSupport CFO with the management and co-ordination of the project plan with external partnerManage and monitor timings and project costsUpdate on progress and budgetManage formulation of business process documentsDocument reporting requirementsDocument master data requirementsCo-ordinate production of blueprint documents and SOWs in conjunction with CFO and external partner Coordinate with other departments, including Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Customer Service and Technical.


    Other duties as assigned Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university Accounting qualification Experience in Accounting, Business Analyst or related business role Systems implementation experience preferred but not essential Travel as required Detail orientated
