This position performs information technology analysis and optimization of Enterprise IT systems within the City of Bismarck.+

- A Bachelor's degree or the equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years' experience in the administration of business computer systems or including implementation and/or management of software systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes software systems to determine problems and devise solutions.- Provides technical support to resolve software issues.- Installs or assists in the installation of new software and databases.- Maintains SQL, AS400, and other City databases to accommodate daily city operations by optimizing databases and establishing proper maintenance routines- Works with IT and GIS staff in resolving issues related to enterprise applications- Trains users in the use of new or modified systems, applications, and software- Researches new technology techniques and solutions- Creates valid_job:1}Missing Information for salary estimate: No explicit salary figures were found.
