    Keystone Construction is currently looking for a qualified Assistant Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects.

    As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will work closely with our experienced team to manage and support new construction and construction projects from start to finish.

    Collaborating with the General Contractor, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and successful completion of large-scale restoration projects.


    The ideal candidate must have experience in construction and/or Real Estate and be able to manage and coordinate subcontractors and crews.

    Responsibilities'
    Review scope of work and estimating to generate a project schedule
    Notify trade partners of project schedule forecast and update regularly as project progresses
    Review Trade/Vendor invoicing prior to payment submission and check for accuracy
    Write any Change Orders needed for variance from original scope of work/contract
    Supervise the work of field crews and give them guidance, when needed
    Conduct regular project progress meeting with client and operations manager
    Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
    Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
    Acquire equipment and material
    Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
    Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies
    Create list of project materials to be ordered
    Measure, calculate and create project estimates and present them to clients
    Schedule inspections, as needed
    Requirements
    Prior assistant

    management/estimating

    experience in the construction industry
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Strong organizational skills
    Ability to prioritize time and project needs
    Ability to interface well with work crews
    Proficient in technology-based applications
    Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines
