    Position Overview: As an Associate Attorney specializing in personal injury defense, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various litigation matters. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, attend court hearings, and participate in depositions and trials. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct legal research and analysis on personal injury defense matters
    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
    • Prepare for and participate in court hearings, depositions, and trials
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
    • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel
    • Maintain organized case files and documentation
    • Stay informed about relevant legal developments and precedents in personal injury defense law
    Qualifications:
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing
    • 2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury defense
