    Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

    We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Rogers, a thriving community with a strong emphasis on quality care.

    Practice Details:

    • Our practice consists of 7 providers, offering a collaborative and dynamic environment.

    • Average patient encounters: 20-22 patients per day, allowing for a manageable workload.

    • Full-time opportunity available, open to part-time scheduling.

    • 34 patient contact hours per week is considered full-time, providing ample time for patient care and administrative tasks.

    • Call frequency: approximately 1:30, shared equally among primary care physicians across five clinic locations.

    • Opportunity to perform procedures and participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to managing clinical care as a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO).

    • Access to a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system.

    M Health Fairview Clinic – Rogers has been serving the local community for over 15 years, with access to various resources and amenities.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.

    • Board Certified/Board Eligible with the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).

    • Licensed or able to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

    • Able to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

    • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
