Description
Anyone looking to advance their career and gain exposure to the Online Merchandising space, then this position is for youAs a Sr. eCommerce Merchandising Specialist, you will collaborate with the E-commerce/Digital teams and the Merchandising/Buying teams.
Your role will focus on providing E-commerce-merchandising support; this includes being able to multitask, problem solve, and manage multiple timelines.
As a team contributor, this person performs tactical tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in the Online Merchandising space, keen visual eye; basic understanding of various merchandising principles.
Responsibilities:
Works with our Creative, Content, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to support online product efforts through product management and content marketing.
Assist in the new product onboarding process, as well as monitor and maintain the status of online products through various reporting tools.
Partners with various cross-functional teams to execute promotional strategy through visual merchandising, featured products selection and creating marketable stories for homepage and landing page sliders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Merchandising/Business Major preferred.
3-5 years experience preferred.
Ecommerce or retail experience required.
Microsoft Office Skills - Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Analytical and problem solving mindset with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
