    You will work closely with our Compliance team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

    What You Will Do:

    • Review Trust account opening process to ensure compliance with Pre-Acceptance Account Review System, 60-day review requirements, CIP, and other trust account protocols
    • Perform quality control testing to ensure compliance with OCC Regulation 9 and FDIC Trust/Fiduciary requirements for Administrative Reviews, and Investment Reviews of trust and investment management accounts, and document exceptions
    • Perform a review of disbursements: alignment with trust agreement, written authorization, and trust committee minutes.
    • Review overdrafts for appropriate, review, disposition, and reporting
    • Determine suspense accounts are properly reconciled and cleared and comply with state escheat laws and regulatory guidance.
    • Verify reconciliation of sweep accounts comply with regulatory guidance
    • Ensure Annual Account, Unique Asset, Stale Asset, and Investment reviews are timely and accurate
    • Review closed trust accounts against policy, procedure, and regulation
    • Create and update findings during testing within audit software, gain finding owner concurrence, and perform findings exit meetings
    • Support the Trust Department by researching and disseminating proposed changes in fiduciary laws and regulations.
    • Review Internal Trust Review Committees (TAC and TIC) meeting minutes and confirm that follow-up action is taken in a timely manner
    • Review compliance Recordkeeping and Confirmation requirements (12CFR12)

    What You Bring:

    • Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills; GRC a plus
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
    • High initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong written, oral, and verbal communications skills for report writing.
    • Ability to problem solve and calculate items within audit objects.

    Education Level Education Details Required/PreferredBachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree or related business degree from a four-year college or university or experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory examination experience with Trust background.

    PreferredExperience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred1-3 years Detail oriented in previous jobs showing level of accuracy/math competency to perform detailed work and excellent report writing skills with strong command of English grammar Required5-7 years Financial services or related industry in Trust, lending, mortgage, or money services businesses Required

    Pay Range:
    $71,000- $107,000/YR

    Job Classification:
