- Maintain regular, scheduled office hours as needed
- This position requires team member to travel between four buildings as needs arise
- Follow Fair Housing Guidelines and Landlord Tenant law
- Observe/follow guidelines on confidentiality rights of residents and respect their privacy
- Maintain cooperative relationships with businesses in surrounding neighborhood
- Contribute to the mission of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services
- Attend all required meetings and trainings and larger community meetings as needed

- Working knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Act.
- Experience with the tax credit program.

Program Description
Catholic Housing Services—Bellingham offers affordable housing for low-income households in four downtown Bellingham buildings: Kateri Court, Mt. Baker, Washington Grocery Building and Villa Santa Fe. A small percentage of the units are set aside for people with disabilities and some for those coming from homelessness. Villa Santa Fe is set aside for farmworkers.
Position Description
Under supervision of the Program Director, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting management with the day-to-day business and administrative operations of the four buildings and occasionally as needed in other buildings around the region. This position serves a wide range of people in need of affordable housing with an emphasis on formerly chronically homeless people with mental health and/or chemical dependency challenges. This team member is to support supervisors and co-workers with day to day business tasks in addition to working with tenants and case managers.
