    Job Description

    Position Summary: We are collaborating with a fantastic non-profit organization in search of a licensed clinical professional, such as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMHC-LP, with a graduate degree, to join their team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and specialized training in assisting individuals with mental health disorders and co-occurring conditions. Responsibilities entail managing a caseload of recipients, offering continuous therapy, and maintaining precise documentation. The Therapist will take part in regular supervision sessions and engage in activities for professional growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct psychotherapy, assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care management.
    • Provide individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy sessions as needed.
    • Evaluate recipients' needs and risks, recording all services rendered.
    • Collaborate with medical personnel to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
    • Recognize and attend to the requirements of high-risk recipients through personalized treatment strategies.
    • Maintain comprehensive and current records of recipient care and advancement.
    • Act as a mediator between recipients and management to address any care-related concerns promptly.
