    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking a Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist with active ARRT certification in CT, MRI, and Radiography and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

    Responsibilities
    Work setting includes providing MRI, CT, and X-Ray imaging across all patient populations including NICU, CCU, and EDRequired to operate independently and perform procedures for diagnostic and treatment purposesDay shift schedule with a 6 days on, 8 days off rotationPosition may include on-call hours to meet patient or organizational needsPhysical demands include repeated lifting (up to 50 pounds), standing, walking, and other movements required in a clinical settingExposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and potentially infectious diseases occurs regularlyPrimary responsibility is to produce high quality MRI, CT, and X-ray exams for interpretation by a licensed practitionerSupports peers through training and collaborationPerforms documentation, exam distribution, billing, and archival dutiesSupports medical staff in various departments as neededExpected to participate in quality improvement initiatives per hospital standardsMust be able to maintain professional demeanor and strong communication in a busy hospital environmentRegular and sustained attendance is required, and flexibility with shifts and overtime may be necessary

    Requirements
    Graduate of an accredited Radiology program (CAHEA or equivalent) with documented competencies in Radiology, CT, and MRIActive Montana Radiologic Technologist license required if applicableARRT certification in CT, MRI, and Radiologic Technology requiredCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationMinimum of 2 years radiology experience and at least 2 years experience in CT and/or MRIMust live at least 90 miles from the facility to be considered
