Overview:
Come be part of our team! We are currently looking for a Team Lead/MA at our O'Fallon, IL clinic. Full-Time Schedule:

Monday: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm

Summary:
As the Clinic Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations at the clinic under the guidance of clinic physician(s), provider(s), and the Regional Clinic Manager. Your responsibilities will include ensuring excellent patient service, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction of the medical team.

Essential Functions:

Enhance clinic and team efficiency, productivity, and collaboration
Manage clinic operations, including budgeting and staffing
Assist in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new employees
Oversee staff performance and provide necessary training
Keep Regional Clinic Manager informed of progress and challenges
Ensure prompt handling of phone messages, faxes, and interdepartmental communication
Manage prior authorizations and develop a tracking system
Conduct new employee orientation and CLIA training, if required
Set an example for adherence to company policies and procedures
Perform Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as necessary

Education Requirements:
A minimum of post-high school education in a medical support field (e.g., Medical Assistant, CMA, RMA, LPN, or Surgical Tech) is mandatory. Candidates must possess and maintain current certification/licensure throughout their employment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Preference for two years of experience in Dermatology/Mohs surgery
Valid CPR Certification
Willingness to travel as required
Demonstrated leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to uphold confidentiality
