Job Title:
Team Lead Furniture Mover

Position Type:
Full Time, Regular

Shift :
Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30P M

Pay:
$25 per hour.

Special Requirement:
Previous leadership experience is required, Furniture moving experience,

Job Summary:
As a Team Lead Furniture Mover at Exela, you'll play a pivotal role in our ongoing technological revolution.

You'll be responsible for supporting departmental activities within a specific facility, collaborating closely with supervisors and managers to ensure operational efficiency.

From overseeing daily production activity to providing guidance to staff, you'll contribute to our mission of driving business innovation.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Communicate and implement departmental and company policies and procedures.
Liaise with clients and/or client personnel regarding request status and other relevant matters.
Conduct regular inventory audits and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
Ensure completion of production documentation and quality assurance reports.
Train and provide ongoing coaching to staff, delegating daily workflow needs.
Manage receipt, retrieval, and delivery of requested files and/or containers.
Uphold safety protocols and perform facility inspections to ensure adherence to standards.

Key Skills:
Previous leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Prioritization and time management skills.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of production and/or clerical experience
Basic knowledge in the use of hand tools
Furniture moving experience
Additional certifications or training may be beneficial.

Pay Disclosure:
"The pay range for this position starts at $25 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
