Full Time w/Benefits, No Nights, No Weekends

Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

**$5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our weight loss clinic team. As a CMA in our clinic, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare providers and supporting patients on their weight loss journey.

• Greet patients and prepare them for consultations and treatments.
• Obtain and record vital signs, medical history, and other pertinent information.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform body composition analyses and measurements accurately.
• Educate patients on weight loss strategies, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patients' progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinic areas.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of weight loss principles, nutrition, and wellness concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Empathy, compassion, and a passion for helping patients achieve their health goals.
