    As a Business Development Representative Team Lead, you will drive a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline targets for Americas New Logo business. You will work closely with Cornerstone's Americas Business Development Senior Leaders and GTM Leaders to align your team to company goals and motivate your BDRs become top performers.

    In this position you will...

    • Drive meeting production from your team through supporting their inbound & outbound outreach efforts.
    • Hire & onboard new BDRs to ramp quickly in the role.
    • Coach & develop each unique BDR to achieve both their team and personal goals.
    • Manage our sales tools by collecting feedback and providing training as needed to best enable your team for success.
    • Partner with Field Marketing to help drive impactful campaigns that convert prospects into opportunities.
    • Meet with Americas Sales Leadership weekly to discuss alignment with their goals and adjust team priorities as necessary.

    You've got what it takes if you have...

    • Have 12 months experience as BDR or AAM.
    • Have proven ability to hit your metric goals on a consistent basis.
    • Have experience with reporting in Salesforce, leveraging intent data, and executing with sales engagement platforms.
    • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
