W & W Collision Center is seeking an Experienced Collision Repair Tech to join our growing team in Alto, Georgia. This is a full‑time position offering a 4‑day work week and competitive pay for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision metal and structural repairs. PAY: $25–$35 per hour, with pay based on your experience, technical skill, certifications, and the quality and consistency of your work

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- 3+ years of automotive or auto body repair experience
- Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and lift 70+ lbs
- Willingness to complete ongoing training, including I-CAR
SCHEDULE: This full-time position works Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays off.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN EXPERIENCED COLLISION REPAIR TECH
In this position, you'll perform metal and structural repairs, including panel replacement, straightening, welding, and restoring vehicles to pre‑accident condition. You'll follow manufacturer repair procedures, conduct quality checks on your work, communicate effectively with team members, and assist in other areas of the repair process when needed to maintain efficient shop flow.
