- Perform Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
- Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments and develop documentation and reports
- Develop Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for non-compliant security controls
- Develop policies, plans and procedures, including Incident Response, Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations and Cybersecurity Implementation Plans
- Perform other duties and assignments as requiredQualifications Required Qualifications
- Possess active Secret security clearance
- Possess a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent security experience plus 2+ years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Risk Management Framework (RMF) security controls and policies
- Possess active Information Assurance Management (IAM) I certification (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE)
- Experience conducting Information Systems vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, and Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) development and tracking
- Self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiples tasks
- Have knowledge or experience with Vandenberg Spaceforce Base (VSFB) and/or Missile Defense Agency (MDA) systems
- Have experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
- Have experience with one or more of the following:
- Vulnerability management and tools such as ACAS
- Endpoint Security concepts and tools
- Security Intelligence and Event Management (SIEM) concepts and toolsHave strong verbal and written communications skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
