    Description

    Amphenol PCD is hiring a Shipping Documentation Clerk at our Beverly, MA location.

    Responsibilities include controlling incoming/internal documentation scanning/filing process and maintenance for Shipping and Receiving areas, including Shop Orders, Material Certs, COCs and any other required documents. Assist Buyers by entering and verifying Supplier OAs. When needed conduct internal cycle counts on designated areas to ensure inventory accuracies.

    Essential Job Functions:
    -Scan and file in system all documentation required for Shipping/Receiving department
    -Verify and enter all production OAs from Suppliers and assist in obtaining when necessary
    -Preform other duties as mandated by Supervisor

    Required Skills:
    Ability to read, speak and write English

    Physical Requirements:

    • Sedentary work primarily sitting/standing

    • Sitting or standing for long periods of time

    • Repetative movements of hands, wrists, or fingers
