Engineering Project Manager
You will join the Fineo team as Engineering Project Manager.

You will report to the Manufacturing Manager of FINEO and will work with the production, quality & maintenance teams of the plant & with suppliers.

You will be responsible for:
Leading engineering projects at plant level.

Ensuring automated data collection related to the processes (Fineo 4.0).

Driving problem definition and solving for root cause.

Monitoring performance and compiling and executing structured action plans to remedy systemic problems.

Supporting the maintenance team (analyzing downtime of equipment, offering improvements, ..)

Are you the perfect match? You have a Master degree, preferably in Electromechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering. You are passionate about automatization, IT and maintenance. You have strong communication, presentation, negotiations, interpersonal skills. You are team oriented with an agile mindset, hands on attitude and a will to get things done. You speak French & English fluently, any other European language is a plus.
