Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Approximately 1???2 Hours from Jacksonville, FLFull-Time | 15 Shifts/Month | Rotating Weekends | 12-Hour Shifts Join a high-performing team in a progressive, full-service medical center in Lake City, Florida???known as the ???Gateway to Florida.??? We???re seeking experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with a strong critical care background to provide top-tier ICU care in a supportive, well-equipped hospital setting.

Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule: 15 twelve-hour shifts per month (mix of days and nights)

ICU Model: 12-bed unit managing both medical and surgical ICU patients Staffing: Day: 1 MD + 1 APP Night: 1 APP with MD available for backup

Procedural Requirements:
Central and arterial line placement Intubations Dialysis catheter access Mechanical ventilation management

Candidate Requirements:
