We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations and seek an experienced and proactive EHS Manager to join our team.

    Position Overview: As the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs within our manufacturing facility. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship among employees.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry best practices.
    2. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate workplace accidents, injuries, and environmental incidents.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into manufacturing processes, equipment design, and facility layout.
    4. Provide leadership and guidance to employees at all levels to promote a proactive approach to safety and environmental compliance.
    5. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, hazardous material handling, and other relevant topics.
    6. Monitor and analyze safety and environmental performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and implement targeted interventions for continuous improvement.
    7. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, conducting inspections, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely reporting of all required documentation.
    8. Lead investigations into workplace incidents, near misses, and environmental spills, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
    9. Manage the procurement, maintenance, and calibration of safety equipment, personal protective gear, and environmental monitoring devices.
    10. Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in the field of environmental, health, and safety, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our programs and practices.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, industrial engineering, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing EHS programs.
    3. Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and other relevant environmental, health, and safety standards.
    4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    6. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively leading teams and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Proficiency in EHS management software applications.
