- The video production manager is a key contributor within Outside Inc.'s Sales and Advertising Marketing department.
- While the primary focus will be on digital and social-first video creation and management, the video production manager will also assist with creative concepting, proposal creation, and serve as a primary liaison with our clients.
- The video production manager is responsible for helping plan, facilitate, and execute all of custom video projects, including digital and social-first executions and deliverables
- Reporting to the VP of custom content and creative services, production manager will work with all internal stakeholders, including sales team, account managers, social strategists, video editors, and custom content team to create all video deliverables
- Alongside VP of Marketing and Video Strategy and others, assist in the management of booking/hiring/overseeing of producers, video crews, editors, creators, and talent
- Manage all stages of video development and elements, including research, budget management, location scouting, permits, shoot scheduling, and coordination of all housing and transportation for shoot
- Relevant experience in video production, account management, and creative services
- Excellent creative writing and ideation abilities with strong presentation / communication skills
