    Strata-G Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team of experts. Act as administrator of the Business Development tool suite. Identify and maintain awareness of each business opportunity in the pipeline to organize and maintain reporting from the BD pipeline database. Record and track trends and metrics related to all corporate captures and related intelligence gathering. Execute and improve the Business Development Processes in conjunction with the Director of Strategic growth. Administer and maintenance business development and proposal support documentation. Support planning and participation in key Trade Show activities. Support corporate marketing and promotion activities working with our social media team (i.e. website, social media posts).

    Responsibilities:

    • Organizes, coordinates, and helps execute a variety of Business Development activities. The team member is optimistic, highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, creative, and inquisitive, with the ability to work in a fast and dynamic BD environment with all stakeholders. The team member will work with and across all levels of staff within Strata-G Solutions and report to the Director of Strategic Growth.
    • Support BD/Proposal managers with data mining and intelligence analysis from other potential revenue stream sources, including GovWin and
    • Screen for opportunity notices and conduct initial alignment of opportunity requirements against Strata-G capabilities using BD tools such as eBuy, , GovWin, etc.
    • Work closely and collaboratively with BD/Proposal Leadership to ensure users are maintaining BD quality pipeline data.
    • Responsible for the management of short- and long-term business development pipeline maintenance and reviews.
    • Responsible for completing and/or assisting with RFI responses, including writing, and editing content, creating "one Pager" opportunity summaries, working with a cross-functional team members to obtain all the necessary information, and ensuring that the final product is accurate and delivered on time with necessary intel to make informed pursue and Bid decisions.
    • Identify and communicate with partners and potential teammates for tracking of current and future opportunities.
    • Assist in the management of document repositories including SharePoint and MS Teams.
    • Participate in industry conferences; including helping to coordinate events.
    • Maintenance current contracts list for Corporate Marketing literature.

    Required:

    • 3+ years of experience in a relevant growth-related role.
    • Critical attributes include exceptional organization, time management, multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

    Desired:

    • Proposal analytics and support.
    • Strong ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail-oriented environment.
    • Experience with graphic design and marketing strategies.
    • Familiarity with Customer Management software tools such as Deltek and Salesforce.
    • Experience with event planning.
    • Working in a fast-paced environment.

    Education/Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in business, marketing, English, or related field.
    • Experience combined with education considered.

    All Strata-G employees must successfully complete a background & drug screening during their pre-employment processes. For applicable positions, obtaining and maintaining a Department of Defense security clearance may be required.
