    Truckee Gaming LLC Club Fortune Casino in Henderson is seeking a one of a kind of HR Specialist.

    We are seeking an ideal candidate with exceptional Human Resources skills.


    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The perfect candidate will enjoy multi-tasking, assisting employees, scheduling meetings, events & volunteer efforts.

    Being organized, detailed oriented and maintaining confidentiality is key. Recruitment by posting openings, screening candidates and setting up interviews. Use HRIS to initiate pre-employment process, maintain employee records, and monitoring performance evaluation completions for new hires, file maintenance. All this plus additional HR related duties.

    Requirements


    • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.
    Entry level position starting rate around $17.00 with experience.


    • Knowledge of standard Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Experience with Human Resources/Payroll systems such as Paylocity preferred.
    • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand, evaluate, and make judgement calls regarding assigned tasks.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Familiar and proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
    • 1-2 years related experience, training or equivalent combination of education/experience.
