Job summary
We are accepting resumes for an experienced Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team. We are a beautiful A+ property in Dallas and looking to hire ASAP.The Porter / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times. Specific duties include making sure the grounds look immaculate at all times, cleaning trash from around the trash dumpster and arranging furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s).
Requirements: must be able to pass background & drug screen; must have reliable transportation; must speak and write English; must have physical strength to move dumpsters 3 times a week with little to no assistance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure the grounds look immaculate at all times.
- Cleans and picks up trash from around the trash dumpster, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance at all times.
- Cleans and arranges furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s).
- Maintains cleanliness of office and all other amenity facilities assuring general cleanliness of grounds etc.
- Performs supplemental landscape maintenance irrigation system repair watering lawn landscape areas so that they are tidy trimmed properly watered may need mow edging trimming sweeping pruning weeding fertilizing planting carpets repairs dying shampooing as needed.
