- Placing outbound calls to clients and referring veterinarians.
- Presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments.
- Answering client questions regarding products and services.
- Managing medical records, reports and correspondence.
- Hospital maintenance to ensure that facility is neat and clean at all times.
- Full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week
- Day shift, 6:00am to 4:00pm
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
