    Aspiris is in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Lead Systems Administrator to join our managed services team. The perfect candidate will be tasked with supervising the enhancement of our service delivery technology stack, ensuring adherence to client-specific needs, and guiding our technical services team to surpass service standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • RMM/ Endpoint/Patch Management
      • Manage, configure, and uphold the RMM Platform's health performance and security status of endpoints across client organizations, including desktops, laptops, servers, and other assets.
      • Formulate, test, execute, and oversee patch management protocols and approaches to guarantee efficient patching of endpoints.
    • Systems Administration
      • Execute operational, diagnostic, and upkeep actions on applications, servers, and network equipment.
      • Administer Windows Server tasks such as troubleshooting, deployment, and management.
      • Devise, construct, and sustain GPOs to enforce policies company-wide.
      • Set up and administer user and group permissions.
      • Establish and troubleshoot Virtual machines, drives, and configurations.
      • Create and manage internal DNS zones and configurations.
      • Automate tasks and configurations on Windows environments utilizing PowerShell.
    • Networking
      • Administer network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, and switches.
      • Resolve issues related to VLANs and routing settings.
    • Backup / Data Protection
      • Design, implement, and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for clients.
      • Execute data recoveries for servers, file systems, and databases as requested.
      • Perform routine backup operations, overseeing job scheduling, monitoring, and validating completed backups.
      • Monitor backup infrastructure health, performance, and capacity to ensure reliable operation.
