MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is offering a fantastic full-time position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team in Mason City, Iowa.

Working under minimal supervision, the CRNA will carry out clinical responsibilities under the guidance of the department's Medical Director, Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, and other physicians. The ideal candidate will uphold professional standards, maintain clinical knowledge and skills, and deliver safe anesthesia care effectively.

The CRNA will handle various cases excluding transplants, following a team-based approach to anesthesia with involvement in regional, general, and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

• Total package: $335,000
• Base salary: $265,000 (including 1 week of call per month)
• $70,000 bonus package
• 34 days of paid time off annually
• $3,000 CME allowance
• Additional compensation for extra hours worked: $500 per weeknight call, $1500 per weekend call
