The Edinburg Center is looking for BCBA's
Corp Salaried $ 75,608.00 or FFS $65
Who You Are:
BCBA/LABA or Close to your it? Experience conducting functional behavior assessments. Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans. Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferred. Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism. Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
What You Will Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes with abalanced caseload
Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis
Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
Train parents, caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Collaborate with youth team members
