Are you a hands-on, results-oriented financial leader with excellent problem-solving skills and experience in nonprofit accounting?
The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), the leading professional association for infection preventionists, is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting (CPA) to provide enterprise financial leadership to APIC, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and its 501(c)(6) for-profit subsidiaries.

As the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, you will ensure the financial health of the enterprise by promoting excellence in finance and accounting.
You will prepare monthly financial reports, manage the organization's investment portfolio, conduct regular financial forecasting and planning, and lead the annual budget process.
You will serve as a staff liaison for the Finance and Audit committees and will serve on the 401(k) Committee and the Advisory Team for the CEO.
This position reports to the SVP of Administration and has both direct and indirect reports within the Finance & Accounting Department.
Qualified candidates offer:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred
CPA
15 years of related experience that includes nonprofit experience
15 years of progressive leadership experience
Advanced skill set with Sage Intacct financial accounting system
Advanced knowledge of contract negotiation and administration
