Statewide Neurosciences Line
Excellent Primary Care Referral Base
Interest and desire to do general Neurosurgery: spine and cranial work

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
