    LHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a customer service team for a company in the chemical manufacturing field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, effective communication, and resolution of inquiries and issues. As a crucial liaison between customers, sales, and production departments, the Customer Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining positive relationships and driving operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.
    • Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics departments to prioritize and expedite orders, ensuring on-time delivery.
    • Manage customer accounts, including pricing, contracts, and credit limits, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Utilize ERP system (experience required) to enter and track orders, manage inventory, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
    • Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall customer experience.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Experience in a chemical manufacturing or related industry preferred.
    • Proficiency with ERP systems required.
    • Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering teamwork.

    Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
