Job summary
The Benefits Specialist will be an important part of the Peter Millar People Team and will serve as an integral point of contact for our employees on all benefit related questions, and will be essential in helping to scale and support the day-to-day people operations.Responsibilities
- Assists in development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of benefits programs, systems, policies, and procedures
- Main point of contact for all benefit questions/queries by employees, new and established
