InterVision Company is seeking an Enterprise Architect with experience in governance and policy and standards development. Working hours will be 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

Enterprise Architecture experience:

• 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role
• 3 years of experience performing business solution analysis, planning, design, and implementation
• Experience analyzing complex systems (with an understanding of how different technology components and systems interact within an enterprise context) and identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Experience designing and evaluating technology solutions, assessing business requirements, technical feasibility, scalability, performance, and integration aspects while designing and/or evaluating architectural solutions
• Understand technology trends, disruptions, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
• Understanding of business processes, objectives, and industry trends to align architectural decisions with organizational goals and drive business value through technology
• Ability to analyze and evaluate multiple options based on technical and business factors
• Possess a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks (such as TOGAF or Zachman), and best practices and develop and align architectural strategies with business objectives
• In-depth knowledge and experience in various technical domains relevant to enterprise architecture, such as application architecture, infrastructure architecture, data architecture, cloud computing, security, integration, and emerging technologies
• Experience creating reference models, architecture designs etc. utilizing tools like Sparx.
• Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, provide technical guidance, and mentor other team members preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with excellent presentation skills to articulate architectural designs, strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations preferred
• Experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) Modernization a plus
• Experience and knowledge of the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) a plus

Governance Experience:

• Leading technical committees and forming and facilitating workgroups
• Providing decision-making support to EA leadership
• Defining and implementing processes for review and revision of IT policies and standards
• Communicating of IT governance resources, processes and other "branding" using tools like SharePoint
• Involvement in Application Management

• Co-chair technology committees
• Form and facilitate workgroups

• Use of Jira, Service Now, and Spark

Specifically your activities will include:

• Governance Planning Support:
  • Act as a Co-Chair of the Technical Architecture Review Committee (TARC), driving its agenda and providing backup and support to the TARC Chair.
  • Participate actively in the Product Advisory Committee (PAC) and Infrastructure Management Committee (IMC), contributing to discussions and providing decision-support.
  • Conduct evaluations of the maturity levels of TARC, PAC, and IMC, to form and execute recommendations to mature integrated IT Governance.
• IT Policies and Standards:
  • Compile existing IT policies and standards to establish a comprehensive IT policy and standards index.
  • Analyze and assess the IT Policy and Standards index to identify gaps, rank gaps based on risks, and lead efforts through TARC to form workgroups to address policy and standards development.
  • Design and implement process for the review and approval of IT policies and standards.
  • Set a structured timetable for the periodic review, update, and maintaining of IT policies and standards.
• Communication Support:
  • Develop and execute branding and communication resources (e.g., SharePoint site, emails, etc.) for IT governance, supporting consistent messaging and knowledge resources.
  • Develop approach and toolkits/resources to mature IT governance practices.
• Committee Development:
  • Facilitate and plan the design of an Application Management Committee (AMC).
