Salary:

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. (Sunny Days) specializes in Early Intervention and Autism services for children aged 0-3 years. With over 25 years of experience, Sunny Days offers immediate Per Diem positions for Occupational Therapists in multiple locations. Areas with high demand include Newark, Bear, Hockessin, and Middletown.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Occupational Therapy services and collaborate with families and fellow professionals
Implement Individualized Family Service Plans and devise strategies to achieve each child's developmental milestones
Empower families and caregivers with intervention techniques for active participation both at home and in the community
Deliver services in varied environments like homes, daycares, and community settings
Ensure caregiver involvement in interventions, progress monitoring, and goal setting
Generate progress reports and maintain confidentiality as per regulations

Requirements:

Valid DE Occupational Therapy (OT) license
Prior experience in Early Intervention or equivalent field
Background in Pediatric services
Preferably experienced in Home Based Service Delivery
Strong Clinical and Interpersonal abilities
Effective Written and Verbal Communication skills
