    About You

    Paid Search Managers are executional powerhouses behind every successful campaign launch responsible for turning strategy into reality building QAing and launching paid media campaigns with precision speed across search platforms.

    • Maintaining an advanced understanding of primary paid media channels how they fit within the funnel including Google Search Microsoft Search Apple Search and Google Display Network.
    • Driving account strategy geared towards achieving or exceeding client efficiency growth goals developing executing monitoring optimization techniques drive performance toward client targets budgets prioritizing initiatives greatest impact on account performance driving creation testing plans reports dashboards QBRs/FBRs meet client needs managing designated portfolio perform goal practicing good stewardship client budgets writing reviewing agendas meeting client status calls adhere important updates ensuring all efforts through QA executed delivered error-free owning relationship DEPT platform reps identifying vetting opportunities maintaining best practices etc.
    • A minimum 3 years paid search experience must include Google Ads comfortable budgeting bidding testing methodology prior work presenting findings recommendations optimizations internal external clients enterprise-level monthly upwards $500,000 strong analytical reporting skills proficient Excel written verbal communication skills additional impressive items:
