What does the job consist?:

Dans un environnement innovant, la BU Connect SOI recherche un.e Responsable de programme pour prendre en charge nos projets/programmes complexes.

Dans ce job, vous prenez la responsabilit du programme de A Z depuis la ngociation du contrat jusqu' sa ralisation complte, sous tous ses angles : ressources, budget, chances, valuation des risques et management de la qualit.

Vous positionnez les produits actuels et venir de la BU sur les marchs adresss et participez la dfinition de la valeur ajoute. En collaboration avec le BU manager, vous etes responsable de la feuille de route globale (roadmap) et la stratgie produit de la BU (multi-produit, multi client) afin de suivre le plan daffaire (Business Plan)

Vritable d'orchestre, vous animez la stratgie des programmes de la BU :

Vous etes en relation avec nos clients (externes) et nos quipes Business Development, FAE, Vente et Marketing stratgique pour comprendre et prendre en compte les besoins clients, identifier et capturer la valeur de nos produits.
En relation avec le BU manager et les parties prenantes internes, vous construisez et mettez en oeuvre le plan Go To Market pour la BU
Vous tes en relation permanente avec les quipes innovation et Engineering pour construire les projets de dveloppement et d'industrialisation en rponse aux besoins clients et marchs

Au dela de ces responsabilits vous tes en charge de projets transversaux

Vous tes linterface cl de la BU sur les projets Europens.
Vous dispensez des formations sur les produits de la BU.
Vous tes en charge danalyser lecosystme concurrentiel et proposez des actions sur notre stratgie produit et business

Vous conjuguez hauteur de vue en matire de gestion de projets, dynamisme relationnel et capacit travailler en relation troite avec les diffrents acteurs en interne comme en externe. Votre vision des volutions technologiques de nos marchs contribuent apporter de la crativit et de lagilit notre organisation.

Reconnue pour votre leadership technique et relationnel, vous avez une vision stratgique des enjeux et proposez, avec les Product et les techno managers, de nouveaux axes sur le plan technologique.

Vous lavez compris, cette fonction require enthousiasme, expertise technique, talent relationnel, et un sens pointu du rsultat oprationnel et financier. Soitec est l pour vous permettre de dvelopper vos talents

Requirements & qualifications:

formation au minimum Bac +5, avec une exprience de 5 10 ans dans lindustrie du semi-conducteur, dans des fonctions qui requirent relation client, expertise en gestion de projets, dfinition et gestion de nouveaux produits/marchs, ou au sein de fonderies sur des fonctions tournes vers la gestion de projets avec les fournisseurs. Vous connaissez les matriaux silicium et les applications de communication mobile. Vos qualits relationnelles et vos comptences techniques, votre matrise de langlais vous permettent danimer en transverse des quipes pluridisciplinaires.

Vous tes laise et agile avec des acteurtrices de haut niveau linternational sur des sujets techniques innovants et vous aimez aller au-devant de nos clients. Vous savez transformer une demande client en un partenariat durable o chaque partie sera convaincue de lintrt technologique et conomique faire route ensemble.

Votre got pour les enjeux oprationnels, linnovation, les technologies, votre leadership, votre aisance relationnelle, vous permettront de manager avec brio les partenariats que vous initierez en interne comme en externe
