    Permanent Residency, or other status as a U.Perform as a technical lead on projects and business pursuits as a Senior Systems Engineer with an understanding of disciplined system engineering processes as well as technical domain knowledge.

    This position requires direct interfaces the Chief Systems Engineers, Program Managers, Principal Engineers, and the VP of Engineering to receive tasking and draw upon their expertise.

    This position requires effective communications and interfacing with engineering staff across a program to accomplish Systems Engineering assignments and support others in accomplishing their engineering assignments.

    This job requires the candidate to perform system engineering tasks, inclusive of those identified below, with minimal supervision:
    Risk Management & Mitigation Plans
    Perform as a Project Engineer developing project plans and executing schedules to closure
    Management of Engineering teams
    Work closely with program management, chief engineers, principal engineers, VP of Engineering to appropriately identify and manage challenging issues
    Provide detailed technical guidance to the project team regarding all technical decisions on each project in the areas of:
    Digital Signal Processing Hardware and Software Architecture Implementations
    Detailed Hardware Design and Implementation
    Detailed Software Design and Implementation
    Travel, meet with, and brief customers on technical matters
    Four (4) years to seven (7) years of experience with a minimum of two (2) years in signal collection and signal processing systems
    Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance

    Preferred:
    DoD SCI Security Clearance
    Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
    Master's degree in the field of Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
    Experience in supervising and directing engineering staff
    Experience in successfully leading technical teams throughout project life cycle
    Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
