    Senior AI Engineer

    Direct Hire role

    NYC NY / Chicago IL/ Dallas TX/ SFO CA

    Onsite- 3/4 days per week 1-day WFH

    Salary range- $200 to 350k/Annum (Negotiable)

    Position Summary

    As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our AI-driven endeavors, focusing on the development, implementation, and optimization of large language models and innovative prompt engineering techniques. Your role will be critical in solving complex challenges, enhancing decision-making processes, and creating novel AI applications that cater to the unique needs of the real estate market. Collaborating with a team of data scientists, software developers, and business strategists, you will ensure that our AI solutions are seamlessly integrated and deliver tangible benefits to our business operations.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Lead the development and fine-tuning of large language models to address specific business challenges and opportunities within the real estate domain.


    • Innovate in the field of prompt engineering to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of AI models in generating insightful, accurate, and actionable outputs.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI

    technologies into operational and decision-making frameworks.


    • Oversee the evaluation, refinement, and maintenance of AI models to ensure they remain effective and relevant to the company's evolving needs.


    • Advocate for and implement best practices in AI development, including code quality, model transparency, and ethical AI use.


    • Address and navigate the unique challenges associated with training and deploying large language models, including data privacy, model bias, and computational resource management.


    • Engage with stakeholders across the company to translate complex AI concepts into clear, impactful insights and recommendations.

    Qualifications


    • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field,

    with a strong focus on natural language processing (NLP) and large language models.


    • Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing large language models, with a proven track record of applying these models to solve real-world problems.


    • Deep understanding of and practical experience with prompt engineering techniques and strategies.


    • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI development, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and GPT (or similar LLMs).


    • Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and best practices in responsible AI use.


    • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in leveraging AI to address complex challenges in new and innovative ways.


    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams and conveying AI concepts to a non-technical audience.


    • A passion for staying at the forefront of AI technology and its applications in the real estate industry.
