IT Technician II

Full-Time, Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsible for network, server, and desktop support for all clinic-wide end users; for planning and development of new network systems; or devising ways to apply existing systems to operations still completed manually or by a less efficient method.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in planning and developing new computer systems or devising ways to apply existing systems
• to operations still completed manually or by some less efficient method
• At least 2 years' experience with Information Technology
• Timely and accurate completion of other job-related duties as required
• Work in a manner that facilitates excellent customer service, teamwork, and optimum results in the I.T. department and the clinic overall
• Familiar with modern Operating and Computer Systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
• Maintain all network-printing devices
• Repair and maintain desktop and /or laptop peripherals
• On call for I.T. department rotation as specified by supervisor
• Maintain backups of all servers and equipment as well as maintain proper documentation for disaster recovery purposes
• Responsible for the Help-desk, including phone calls and e-mails
• Answers help desk calls and log into Track-It when needed
• Provide user support including training when needed
• Repair and maintain desktop and or laptop peripheral
• Must maintain, create, and train end users on Microsoft Office suite
• Must be able to identify faulty system performance as well as ensure the integrity of the equipment
