- Assisting in planning and developing new computer systems or devising ways to apply existing systems
- to operations still completed manually or by some less efficient method
- At least 2 years' experience with Information Technology
- Timely and accurate completion of other job-related duties as required
- Work in a manner that facilitates excellent customer service, teamwork, and optimum results in the I.T. department and the clinic overall
- Familiar with modern Operating and Computer Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Maintain all network-printing devices
- Repair and maintain desktop and /or laptop peripherals
- On call for I.T. department rotation as specified by supervisor
- Maintain backups of all servers and equipment as well as maintain proper documentation for disaster recovery purposes
- Responsible for the Help-desk, including phone calls and e-mails
- Answers help desk calls and log into Track-It when needed
- Provide user support including training when needed
- Repair and maintain desktop and or laptop peripheral
- Must maintain, create, and train end users on Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to identify faulty system performance as well as ensure the integrity of the equipment
