At Enchantment, we work together to create and deliver extraordinary experience for all guests and team members here at the resort.

• Greet guests as they arrive at the greeter/bell stand.
• Transport resort guests' to and from the airport and other locations whenever necessary.
• Escort guests to their rooms and deliver their baggage, providing information about Enchantment Resort & Mii amo Spa and other area attractions.
• Ensure guests are aware of necessary safety precautions such as locations of flashlights, fire extinguishers, etc. and assist guests if necessary in emergency.
• Assist departing guests' with luggage.
• Provide rides to guests around the property as requested.
• Open the lobby doors, being available for any guest requests and questions.
• Make all special deliveries to the rooms (flowers, wine, fruit baskets, mail, etc.)
• Keep ashtrays clean, pillows fluffed, floor and walkways clear of debris in guest lobby areas.
• Help ensure the lobby, pool and grounds areas are neat at all times and inform appropriate department if necessary to correct.
• Keep lobby fireplaces lit, when appropriate.
• Pick up and deliver guests' laundry and ensure that the charges are posted to the guests' account.
• Secure laundry bags with proper tickets and take to cleaners in town daily (except Sundays and holidays).
• Run any errands as requested by management during laundry drops.
