    Responsibilities:
    Support Client Relations Managers in managing client relationships by organizing and maintaining client databases, correspondence, and documentation.
    Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
    Prepare and distribute client communications, including emails, letters, reports, and presentations, as directed by Client Relations Managers.
    Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations by collecting necessary data, organizing information, and formatting documents.
    Handle incoming client inquiries and requests, delivering timely responses and directing inquiries to appropriate team members when necessary.
    Assist in the onboarding of new clients by gathering required documents, processing paperwork, and facilitating the transition process.

    Collaborate with internal departments, including investment management and financial planning teams, to ensure smooth coordination of client service activities.

    Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to compliance regulations.
    Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a financial services or client-facing role.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of investment and financial planning concepts is a plus.
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
