Description
Under direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, provides exceptional customer service by taking orders and accepting payment, preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages.
Qualifications
Experience in a food service environment including cash handling. Must be 18 years of age. Strong ability to multi-task. Basic mathematical skills. Exceptional listening and communication skills. Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. A polite, engaging personality. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
