    Litigation Attorney

    Saalfield Shad Law Firm
    Legal
    Saalfield Shad Law Firm is seeking to hire an attorney to join its General Liability Team. This position would include general liability, retail and hospitality premises liability claims, auto negligence, trucking, and uninsured motorist claims.

    The ideal candidate must have two to four years' experience in litigation, have strong organizational and time management skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Applicants must be active members in good standing of the Florida Bar.
    Review medical records and create medical chronologies. Saalfield Shad is a small boutique firm specializing in civil litigation. The firm offers competitive salaries with opportunities for structured and discretionary bonus pay. There is a 401(k) with a generous match as well as health, life and disability insurance.

    The firm represents individual and corporate clients including hospitals, medical professionals, national retail, grocery, franchised businesses, amusement parks and professional sport franchises in all areas of insurance defense including medical negligence, premises liability, product liability, appellate practice, wrongful death, personal injury, contract and general civil claims.
