You will be assisting National Account Executive on their Industrial Portfolio in multiple facets while learning the culture and principles we teach at Knight Commercial. You will be asked to stretch and be flexible but along the way you will grow in your knowledge of the industry and grow in your strengths and weaknesses as a professional.

    Job Summary:

    • Identify and procure potential clients utilizing cold calling, referrals, and networking methods.
    • Develop and maintain good customer relationships by frequent communication, visiting clients on a regular basis, breakfast/lunches and outside entertainment.
    • Assist in creating and delivering RFP's, estimates and proposals.
    • Review of daily job updates and schedules.
    • Attend Pre-Construction meetings.
    • Meet clients on emergency jobs and manage client expectations, concerns, and satisfaction.
    • CAT Training
    • Track and update all opportunities & active projects in database (RedTeam).
    • Create and deliver invoices of finished projects to clients.
    • Assist in tracking of profit margin.
    • Assist in collection efforts.
    • Assist in COI & MSA organization.
    • Assist in Work Authorizations/Project Satisfaction Surveys.
    • Work with sales team and management on marketing efforts.

    Required Qualifications:

    • B2B sales experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Desire to work as a team player and the ability to work independently.
    • Must be self-motivated to meet and exceed goals.
    • High level of character and integrity
    • Must be detail orientated and organized.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel
    • Bachelor's Degree

    Compensation:

    The Assistant Account Executive position offers a competitive base salary and potential commission schedule with a health care package, vacation, vehicle allowance, laptop, and cell phone.
