Job Description

Position: IT Technical Support

Location: Plover, WI(Onsite)

Duration: 1+ year

The first is the most important skill we are looking for.

• Level 1, 2, 3 Windows OS support experience.
• Microsoft Windows 10, 11 support experience.
• Printer problems troubleshooting.
• Basic Network concepts knowledge like what's a switch, firewall, routers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Computer Imaging concepts.
• Organized, responsible, friendly. Job requires interacting with many people every day.
• Able to lift 40lb.
• Our location has a large footprint, a lot of walking is required.
• Handheld scanners / Vehicle Mounted scanners troubleshoot experience.
