- Conduct assessments of new patients and devise care plans.

- Instruct patients on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Oversee aides and evaluate patient progress.
- Emphasize pain management as a vital part of patient care.
- Decide on patient discharge and provide maintenance strategies.
- Ensure documentation is both prompt and accurate.
- Maintain a reasonable productivity level.
- Contribute to research and protocol development.

- Keep uptodate with the latest physical therapy research and methods.
- Fulltime, 36 hours per week, within clinic operational hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
- Competitive compensation averaging $80,000 annually.
- Additional income through profit sharing and bonuses ranging from $3,000 to $7,000 annually.
