- Product Manager experience with strong product control background.
- Must have full cycle product management experience in the retail product space.
- Able to discuss in depth a products lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in 1 or more products below:
- Derivatives
- Wholesale Loans
- Retail Products (Mortgages, Cards, etc.)
- Commercial Deposits
- SFT and Collateral
- Securities and Debt
- Cash and Intercompany
- Good project management and analysis skills.
- Able to manage in-scope population, track progress, help define targets, track against targets, etc.
- Can learn quickly and understand what/how to prioritize onboarding.
- Able to communicate effectively with senior management on details.
- Able to differentiate what level of escalation is required.
- Able to manage large complexity BOW (i.e., many moving pieces).
- Stakeholder management and knowing how to engage folks to get desired outcome during sprint.
