- Conduct clinical evaluations to identify the most suitable assistive technology solutions for individuals
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to determine customized solutions
- Provide hands-on training and support for the implementation of assistive technology devices
- Stay current on the latest advancements in assistive technology to ensure cutting-edge solutions
- Coordinate equipment requisitions with clients, funding agencies and other interested parties, and provide installation of equipment as needed
- Provide consultation services to clients and contracting agencies regarding assistive technology both by phone and in person
- Maintain appropriate documentation based on professional practice, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures, contracting agency requirements and third-party payor guidelines
- Achieve established productivity standards based on job assignment
- Submit paperwork and billing requirements in a timely manner in accordance with agency standards and with strict adherence to deadlines
- Licensed SLP, OT, COTA, PT, and/or ATP
- Experience working with assistive technology
- Maintain a valid professional licensure
- Follow ethical guidelines as required by each licensing agency
- CPR/BLS preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
