    Senior Level Mechanical Engineering Lead (Focused on Higher Education, Ports, and Energy)

    General Responsibilities:

    As a seasoned Registered Professional Engineer, you will spearhead HVAC and plumbing design projects, leading multidisciplinary teams with expertise and finesse.

    Specializing in higher education, ports, and energy sectors, you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, driving budgeting, scheduling, planning, and specification writing.

    Your role will involve active participation in sales, marketing, and expanding our footprint in the mechanical higher education and ports market.


    Position Requirements:
    8+ years of engineering design and project management experienceDemonstrated experience in Higher Education and/or Ports (Maritime and Aviation)

    Proven track record in sales, marketing, and market growth within the mechanical engineering sectorFamiliarity with design-build projectsProficiency in conducting energy studies, audits, and analysisKnowledge of Clean Buildings Law, HB1390, and Climate Action PlanFamiliarity with state and local codesAbility to articulate complex engineering concepts to diverse audiencesBachelor's degree in mechanical engineeringPreferred Skills:
