management
experience
in
Skilled
Nursing
Facility
preferred
prior
Net
Health
(formerly
Rehab
Optima)
experience
Qualifications:
maintain
a
clinical
case
load
and
skills
to
care
for
patient
needs
of
the
SNF
population
possess
problem
solving
skills
to
successfully
perform
job
verbal
and
written
communication
skills
organizational
skills
and
attention
to
detail
customer
service
orientation
be
able
to
communicate
effectively

professionally

patients,
and
family
members
management
and

understanding

Responsibilities:

will
actively
participate
within
the
interdisciplinary
team
(IDT)
performance
evaluations
that
are
timely
and
constructive.

and

of

in
accordance
with
company
policy.
a
clinical
caseload
direction
and
leadership
to
all
therapy
staff
program
compliance
through
review
for
accurate
billing,
documentation,
and
support
to
therapy
staff.
fo
r
maintaining
optimal
staffing
mix.
Including
recruitment,
orientation,
development,
retention,
scheduling,
and
employee
engagement
of
therapy
staff.
management
of
therapy
department
through
patient
identification,
case
management,
care
planning,
and
clinical
utilization.
with
facility
leadership
to
drive
clinical
excellence
and
supportive
facility
culture
rehabilitation
staff
is
providing
appropriate
care
to
Resident
in
keeping
with
established
standards
for
quality
and
in
accordance
with
generally
established
principles
of
care.
the
scheduling
of
residents
for
therapy
services
considering
available
treatment
hours,
staff
resources
and
overall
plan
of
care.
the
evaluation
and
development
of
in
house
therap
y
programs
including
equipment
assessment
and
staffing
ratios.
